Tools & Strategy::
A. Written Tests could include:
(1) Multiple choice and/or essay questions that demonstrate an understanding of special and non-spatial analysis including maps and tables.

B.  Hands-on exercises or simulations to demonstrate acquisition of knowledge, skills, and attitude that could:
1.    Provide examples of descriptive and spatial statistics.
2.    Ability to perform attribute computations.
3.    Demonstrate ability to review and summarize maps and tables resulting from analyses and statistics calculations.
4.    Ability to analyze and draw conclusions/make projections based on summary results
