Occupational Title: Geographic Information System (GIS) Technician
Key Purpose: Creates software and data solutions to assist in the visualization, measurement, and analysis of features or phenomena that occur on the earth that integrates acquisition, modelling, analysis, and management of spatially referenced data.

2. Create Image Data AEKS Matrix
3. Maintain GIS Data AEKS Matrix
4. Conduct Spatial/Non-Spatial Analysis AEKS Matrix
5. Generate GIS Products AEKS Matrix
6. Develop Software Applications AEKS Matrix
7. Manage GIS Data AEKS Matrix
8. Provide Technical Support AEKS Matrix
9. Perform Administrative Tasks AEKS Matrix
10. Pursue Professional Development AEKS Matrix
