7.1.2  Identify hazards associated with the abatement of materials, such as asbestos, fiberglass, and lead. 
7.1.3  Identify hazards associated with treatment, removal, and disposal systems and operations. 
7.1.4  Ensure current MSDS are available in the workplace. 
7.1.5  Post-operations audit indicates federal and state hazard communication regulations correctly followed.

7.3 Implement and utilize safe work practices.

7.1.1  Safely and properly use equipment, such as drum crushers, hand tools, heavy equipment, monitoring and sampling equipment and instrumentation, motorized lifting devices, power tools, and pumps, valves, and meters. 
7.1.2  Use appropriate health and safety equipment, such as communication systems, eyewashes and safety showers, fire extinguishers, vehicles, equipment, and first aid. 
7.1.3  Demonstrate safe health and work habits. 
7.1.4  Comply with regulatory standards and guidance relative to worker safety and health, such as blood-borne pathogens, confined space, emergency egress, fire safety, hearing conservation, and lockout/tagout. 
7.3.5  Identify unsafe workplace and job conditions and implement corrective actions. 
7.3.6 Safely load hazardous materials and hazardous wastes in compliance with appropriate regulations.
