4.1 Document compliance with pertinent EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations.

4.1.6  Document hazardous materials and wastes in compliance with appropriate regulations.

4.1.8  Regulatory reports completed and submitted to federal agency in timely fashion.

4.2 Compile monitoring data and prepare federal, state, local, and company hazmat reports.

4.2.1  Compile documentation of hazardous materials, such as chain of custody, equipment calibration, performance maintenance, exception reports, field notebooks, incident documentation, laboratory data, manifests, MSDS, purchase orders, and shipping documents. 
4.2.2  Compile records to prepare compliance reports. 
4.2.3  Prepare reports to supervisor(s) pertaining to shipment, quantity, storage, disposal, and internal requirements. 
4.2.4  Prepare hazardous waste manifests and associated documents for inspection. 
4.2.5  Monitoring data and reports completed and submitted in timely fashion. 
Knowledge of monitoring and reporting requirements.
